  • Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must remain attached
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Hygiene Standards: Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other odors
  • No Damage: Items must be free from stains, tears, or other damage
Special Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, washing, or have been altered in any way.

Refund Method:

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of wear or washing
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)
  • Items with strong odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right immediately!

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item sent

Defective Item Process:
